With another week of the fall came another week of surprising NFL results that shook up the power struggle in both the NFC and AFC. As is the case duringevery season, 2019 has seen some Joe Theismann Jerseys incumbent playoff teams fade in October with new breakout teams transitioning into stronger contenders.
There are still two undefeated teams left in the league, but there also are only three one-lo s teams standing. Further down the rankings, after a shocking trio of .500 teams, it's mainly a le s-than-mediocre corps of 2-4.

Here ishow every team stacks up against each other coming out of Week 6 and heading into Week 7.
NFL power rankings1. New England Patriots, 6-0 (previous ranking: 1)
The Patriots continued their hot start by dominating the Giants with their defenseand then usingTom Brady'sdinking and dunking to wear them down. The Patshave become a precision machine, the best we've seen from both sides of the ball atthe same timein a long time. We just can't wait to see what they do against a formidable opponent.
2. San Francisco 49ers, 5-0 (6)
The 49ers made astatement with their stomping of the Browns at home in Week 5. They made a much bigger one by squashing the reigning NFC West and conference Rams in Los Angeles. Between the pa s defense, run defense, pa sing game and running game, it's getting hard to find any true weakne ses on thisteam. The 49ers havealready surpa sed last season's win total.
3. New Orleans Saints, 5-1 (2)
The Saints don't get any offensive style points for how they gottheir latest Drew Brees-le s victory, but Sean Payton keeps building his coach of the year case by getting the best out of Teddy Bridgewater and the defense.
4. Seattle Seahawks, 5-1 (4)
The Seahawks are winningwith a lot of Ru sell Wilson and some clutch plays from a defense that otherwise is giving up a lot of yards. Wilson is easily the top choice for NFL MVP through six weeks.
5. Green Bay Packers, 5-1 (3)
The Packers were coming off their big win in Dallas andmade theirMonday night markvs. Detroit inLambeau Field to prove howimproved overall they are. Aaron Rodgers has been more of a facilitator for their running game and defense, but everyone knows he can be unleashed as a big playmaker at any time, which is the scariest aspect of their early succe s under first-year coachMatt LaFleur.
6. Minnesota Vikings, 4-2 (10)
Don't look now, but Kirk Cousins just had his two best games as the Vikings' quarterback in consecutive convincing victories. The running game has opened everything in the pa sing game while easing pre sure on Cousins. The defense is starting to feed off that energy, too.
7. Kansas City Chiefs, 4-2 (5)
When it's not getting a few sacks and takeaways, the Chiefs' defense is a big problem, more against the run but still plenty against the pa s. Patrick Mahomes is being asked to be consistently magical in a one-dimensional attack with limited po se sions. That's askingtoo much, especially when he's hurting.
8. Baltimore Ravens, 4-2 (11)
The Ravens don't me s around when they know they have a huge advantage with their rushing attack, as they did against the Bengals in Week 6. Lamar Jackson, Mark Ingram and the rest of their ball-carriers are hard to stop when they have such downhill momentum. When the Ravens don't need to force the downfield pa s and can go full ball-control, they can protect theirsliding defense.
9. Carolina Panthers, 4-2 (17)
The Panthers keep winning without Cam Newtonbecause Kyle Allen is making the throws he needs to make, which are made easier by the attention defenses are forced to payChristian McCaffrey. Really, the backbone of the team has become Ron Rivera's swarming 3-4 defense.
10. Houston Texans, 4-2 (18)
After their hiccup against the Panthers, the Texans are getting the locked-on version ofDeshaun Watson every week. Even when the big pa sesto DeAndre Hopkins and Will Fuller aren't working, the QB isdoing fine with better support from the traditional running game with Carlos Hyde. It's easingthe heat on both him and the defense for some welcome complementary football.
11. Buffalo Bills, 4-1 (12)
The Bills enjoyed a bye at the right timeto figure out how to help Josh Allen and the offense better complement a strong defense. Their getting the Dolphins at home this weekisnice, as isfacing the Redskins, Browns, Dolphins (again) and Broncosover the next six games.
12. Philadelphia Eagles, 3-3 (8)
The Eagles got smashed by the Vikings as their much-maligned pa s defense and compre sedpa sing game blew up on them in the worst ways. Philadelphia has to keep digging deep for big plays while also not giving them up despite its dominance against the run.

13. Dallas Cowboys, 3-3 (9)
The Cowboys have gotten sloppy with their offensive identitywith either too much running or too much pa sing at the wrong times. More troubling is the variety of defensive leaks they are springing. They havereached make-or-break mode with Jason Garrettgiven how talented they are.
14. Los Angeles Rams, 3-3 (7)
The Rams didn't look like they were going to have an offense-related Super Bowl hangover after their 3-0 Daron Payne Jerseys start, but then came their lo ses to the Buccaneers, Seahawks and 49ers. Their disappearing running game, now without Todd Gurley, has put a ton of pre sure on Jared Goff, and he isstarting to suffocate from it with mistakes and general ineptitude. It's on Sean McVay to adjust in the face of his first head-coaching adversity.
15. Oakland Raiders, 3-2 (13)
The Raiders got quality wins against the Colts and Bears before their bye, and with an overachieving defense, a solid running game with Josh Jacobs and a more carefuland efficient Derek Carr, they need to be taken somewhat seriously as AFC wild-card contenders.
16. Indianapolis Colts, 3-2 (14)
The Colts entered their bye with a big win against the Chiefs, and after the Texans were able to follow suit with a victory in Kansas City, it'sevident thoseare the two teams again vying for the AFC South crown. Related:Indianapolis hosts Houston in Week 7.
17. Detroit Lions, 2-2-1 (15)
The Lions mi sed a big opportunity to take a leap in Lambeau and prove they should be consideredNFC North title contenders. The running game and defense are playingbiggerroles this season, but their decentstart has been tied to late career-best play from Matthew Stafford.
18. Chicago Bears, 3-2 (16)
The Bears may or may not have a healthy Mitchell Trubisky leading their offense again after their bye, but regardle s, they need to come out running the ball better and getting back to solid run defenseto help both a weak pa sing game and strong pa s defense. Charley Taylor Jerseys They'll be put to the test right away against the Saints.
19. Pittsburgh Steelers, 2-4 (26)
The Steelers got a bonus home gamein Los Angeles on Sunday night and took full advantage of it, hiding undrafted rookie QB Devlin Hodges with a heavy, effective dose of James Conner's running and their swarming defensive front. They still have a big hill to climb to reach thewild-card conversation, but a bye will helpget themreset andhealthier.
20. Arizona Cardinals, 2-3-1 (25)
Weall can stop thinking about whether Kyler Murray and Kliff Kingsbury can make their shotgun spread stylings work in the NFL. Theycan, and it helps that theyhave playmakers such as David Johnson, Chase Edmonds and Larry Fitzgerald. The Cardinals are already one win away from matching last year's total.
21. Denver Broncos, 2-4 (27)
The Broncos lookedlost defensively in their first four games underVic Fangio, but they are starting to play the kind of defense we expected from their vibrant pa s rush, even without Bradley Chubb, that sets up the back seven for takeaways. The offense needs to do more, however, starting againstthe Chiefs in Week 7.
22. Cleveland Browns, 2-4 (19)
The Browns show so many signs of great things only to shoot themselves in the foot over and over again. Their worst nightmare is here: offensive underachieving with Baker Mayfield, Odell Beckham Jr. and Freddie Kitchens.
23. Los Angeles Chargers, 2-4 (20)
What was that? The Chargers wereoutcoached and looked unprepared for their "road home game" against the Steelers. Their woes on the offensive and defensive fronts are keeping them from matching their potential.
24. Tampa Bay Buccaneers, 2-4 (21)
Bruce Arians and Byron Leftwichare doing their best to make their offensework with Jameis Winston, but it's hard to keep the faith when he remains a turnover machine who's cutting into the good work Todd Bowles has done with the defense.
25. Jacksonville Jaguars, 2-4 (22)
Gardmer Minshew had his first rookie-like performance in the lo s to the Saints, slowing the roll of the mustache, magic and mania. The Jaguars have hadtrouble getting their offense and defense to mesh in the same game.
26. Tenne see Titans, 2-4 (23)
There's no more magic with Marcus Mariota, asinterceptions added to his otherwise limited play led to his late-game benching in Denver. It's now Ryan Tannehill time, meaning it's nowa guarantee Mariota'stime is up in Tenne see after this season.
27. New York Giants, 2-4 (24)
Daniel Jones had the best po sible turnover-filled start a rookie could have against a tough Patriots defense, given he was Ryan Fitzpatrick Jerseys operating without his top running back, wide receiver and tight end. This team isn't sniffing the playoffs, but it can play pesky spoiler in the second half of the season.
28. New York Jets, 1-4 (31)
The Jets welcomed back Sam Darnoldand immediately went from having a dormant offense to a legitimate one with Le'Veon Bell, Robby Anderson and Jamison Crowder helping the QB. The defense played over its head for Gregg Williams against Dallasand still almost blew it. That's still the biggestobstacle for the Jets to overcome.
29. Atlanta Falcons, 1-5 (28)
Dan Quinn did get more life from his teamduringthe nice comeback in Arizona, butit still came up short, and the defensive problems ballooned against a rookie quarterback on the road. The Falcons maynot be making arash coaching move, but it seems inevitable now.
30. Washington Redskins, 1-5 (30)
The Redskins almost traded places with the Dolphins as the league's most haple s team. Bill Callahan got his run-heavy wayand his first win, but his team is about to beripped by the 49ers, Vikings and Bills in consecutive games.
31. Cincinnati Bengals, 0-6 (29)
The Bengals can'tstop the run, and everyone knows it. From that point, their trying to play catch-up offensively is futile.
32. Miami Dolphins, 0-5 (32)
The Dolphins were two points away from digging themselves out of this sinkhole. Unfortunately, their failure toconvert against the Redskins in aspectacular wayburies them even more.
